Dr. Joseph & Avonne (Vonnie) Askins
Joseph and Vonnie are founders of The Equipping Center.  They are ordained and sent out by Glory of Zion International  in Denton Texas.  Joseph gives apostolic oversight to Living Faith Ministries, Inc. an International Network of Local Fellowships and Ministries which includes "The Equipping Center" and WLI Northeast & IMPACT ministries.  Joseph & Vonnie also serve as the Apostolic leaders of PRAY NEW YORK an intercessory network of Churches, Ministries and Intercessors accross the State of New York.  This network is linked to several national and international Intercessory prayer networks.     Joseph serves on the National Council of the Reformation Prayer Network (RPN) under the leadership of Dr. Cindy Jacobs, is a member of the International Coalition of Apostles (ICA) and the Apostolic Council for Education Accountability (ACEA).
